- Are to be reported via the “CHS Absence Notification” Form by 9:00 on the day of the absence.
- If the form is not accessible, please call the attendance line at 203-250-2511; provide student name, date, and reason for absence

Reporting Student Attendance
Early Dismissal
Call to the attendance office: 203-250-2514 OR
- Requests/notifications must be received prior to 9:00am
- Students must show school ID to gain re-entry into school
- Students leaving school for an early dismissal will not be allowed re-entry without a medical note or otherwise official documentation.
Tardy to School
- Students arriving after 7:30 a.m. must sign in and obtain a pass to class.
- Students may submit a late note to the security desk.
