Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Cheshire Schools employs two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Our BCBAs are an important piece to providing behavioral support for our students. They work in collaboration with teachers, staff and families to collect, monitor and analyze behavioral data to help determine where, when, and why problematic behavior occurs. They identify targeted behaviors and develop individualized behavior plans. Our BCBAs provide training on the implementation of Behavior Plans, ABA strategies, data collection, and PMT management.
